Reviews
Write a ReviewThey are very nice they did a very good job and I would highly recommend them we had some problems later that week on some other electrical things and they were coming right out I appreciate all their work
The general public has spoken with raving reviews and I'll have to agree with them. Of course this can all change pending any issues in which I'm not anticipating any at this time. We noticed a strange smell from our breaker box. Note that our box was original with the house from '69 so it was way out of date and is probably a fire waiting to happen. We spoke with Allen on a Tuesday afternoon and he was able to start the work the next morning after speaking with a couple other electricians that same day. We decided to go with Allen's team for a few reason. 1. Although K&K's quote wasn't the cheapest, it was the best value. With the biggest one of them all being upgrading us from a 100 amp feed to a 200 amp feed in preparation for the inevitable EV future. The other companies quoted me both higher and lower without the upgrade. 2. The other companies tried to upsell me on a lot of things I know I didn't need. Allen didn't push me on these things and got right to the point. 3. The third thing may not seem that important, but it is important to us. Allen and team are personable and this connection is important because although the relationship is business, having a strong human factor makes communication a lot easier and it keeps the trust in check. Overall, I would recommend K&K to do your electrical work. They are courteous, on time, and is respectful of our environment. They even brought a generator so that the wife can continue working from home while the power was off for the day in order give us the much needed upgrade. A+!
Mr. Yang, thank you for taking the time out of your day to help us in the way that you just did. We do try very hard to go above and beyond for our customers and when that is reciprocated back it makes it all worth while. I’ll be sharing this with the whole team in the morning meeting. Again, thank you so much for the trust and opportunity that you gave us
Working with K&K was fast and easy. They made it painless.
Very professional and prompt
K and K Electric installed a security light on my covered patio January 19, 2023 and I wrote a review upon completion. I would like to update that review because even though I was not satisfied with the cost, the job was done very well. The owner of the company contacted me and resolved my complaint in a very professional manner that indicated his concern for customer satisfaction. I was very impressed with the way it was handled.
Very professional and courteous electrician
Excellent work. Flat fee plus hourly wage. They replaced lighting in my kitchen the morning after a holiday. Cleaned up everything. Disposed of old lights. Things work properly and I would use them again.
They did a fantastic job. They were quick and thorough. I would hire them again for any electrical needs.
The workers came in assessed the job that needed to be done. I believe they were honest and completed the job in timely
