They were very friendly and professional, the only real problem we had was our shower door. We were told to order the wrong size, so it took a little extra time to get done while we waited for the door to come in. But when it came in they came and completed the project the next business day. Wayne our project manager was professional and courteous. They ensured that they cleaned up every evening after the work day. Everything we requested they did for us. We had to have a different project manager come and finish the door, and Marc was just as friendly and professional as Wayne. All in all we had a great experience with Edwards s Construction.

I had to Locate the Materials for My Basin, Mirror, and Cabinet that would fit in My Home. I also said I wanted a Two Shelf Shower/Tub with Hot & Cold faucets but the Owner after saying he's install What I wanted he did what he wanted. When I told him I wanted What I Ordered he said there is nothing wrong with what he did. He then lowered the Shower/tub price instead giving me what I ordered. So I canceled the Flooring I was gonna do in my Kitchen/Pantry by them

The owner did not measure the shower door correctly which delayed installation We had to reorder another door that had to be custom made delaying the project. The tile work was fine and the new vanity was installed nicely. The plumbing was installed incorrectly three times and caused water to drip from the vanity sink. When the door finally arrived, workers shattered the door causing more delay. We had no shower door for at least a month. The owner had to bring in a professional shower door installer because they did have adequate tools or personal to do the work. A thirty day bathroom remodel turned into a three month project. We have only one bathroom so it was very inconvenient. The owner was rude and did not honor his warranty that he stated at the beginning of the remodel.

I hired Edwards Construction to remodel the bathroom in my 1 bath house. The crew that did the work were great and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Had a small delay in the project due to personnel availability and a miscommunication in the amount of tile I needed to order. Overall the job was finished within a week of the original estimated completion date in the contract. Gary, Mike and Alisa were great to work with and handled my little tweaks to the overall plans well. They checked in on-site and via phone/email multiple times a week. Left me with the impression that this company takes pride in their work and want to make sure things are going right. Will definitely consider them for my next big project

In July 2017 I hired Edwards Construction to relocate and remodel my kitchen, create a flex space out of the area where my old kitchen was located, and remove a wall from my laundry area. I knew I hit the jackpot from the first meeting with Gary(owner). He was punctual, had a great personality, he was thorough in explaining how the process would unfold, and he made me feel confident that my vision for my project was achievable within my budget. I received my initial quote pretty quickly. Email responses were swift and detailed from the beginning to the very end of my project. My project required plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, tile work, door install, a new window, installing new outdoor wood siding to match my existing siding, and installing appliances that were new to the location within my house(dishwasher and microwave, etc). Permits were pulled with the city and passed inspections on the first viewing in each occurrence. His workers were highly skilled and did a great job. Only once during the course of the project did I feel like the momentum of completing the project slowed down to a slow crawl. After I communicated my concerns to Gary, his workers steamrolled through the later stage. The quality of work remained very high. Workers were assigned to do things based on their strengths. This meant sometimes waiting a few days for that person to be available so they could finish the next stage of work. I never felt like someone was "experimenting" with the work so I personally didnt mind waiting. Overall, I had an excellent experience working with Edwards Construction. I would definitely rehire them for another home improvement project. In the meantime, I am fully enjoying the new spaces they created in my home.

They were friendly and helpful. Giving me information, they did a great job and were nice people. NO complaints at all! They even put a design in my floor.
