The electrician came when he said he was. He and his assistant were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They completed the job in good time and knew what they were doing.

I've had 2 other "electricians" come out over last year or so. Neither could seem to figure out the what the problem was. Alan Ward talked to me on phone prior and by the time he got here, almost same day, he had it figured out. Fixed. We still have more work to be done. We WILL only use Alan for anything electrical we need. We are just so happy. He is extremely knowledgeable. He took time to show my grandson and I several different things. For examlple: He told us what we can do to fix sediments in our water! LoL. ( above and beyond what he was here for) He genuinely cares about his clients and thier safety. We talked on phone first to help him diagnose the problem. He then checked back in with me. He is very knowledgeable in all things electric. He helped us out at the drop of s dime. He was very fast. Fixed our problems. We do have to have more electrical work done. He is our electrician for all things. He knew exactly what the problem was. Alan Came very fast & fixed it. They responded quickly to initial request. They took time on the phone to discuss what my needs were and to give "possible" scenarios of could be needed and even a general cost of course depending on the actual finds. They were on time, worked very efficiently, kept me updated throughout the process. The final results were beautiful and we love what was done! I would highly recommend them!
