We are extremely pleased with the work done by C&S. Eddie is a true craftsman, and it shows! The carport and porch they built for us exceeded our expectations in quality and price. All I had to do was show Eddie a printout of the carport we liked, and he made it happen. He and Sheila walked us through the customizations we wanted and even suggested a few more! We were so pleased that we hired them to build two decks on the back of our home. I know who to call if I ever need more construction work on my home. Highly recommend!

On time, within budget/ estimate. Friendly crew and great work.

They got the job based on the bid. once started they notified me that they were short on sheet rock, to the tune of 1/3 of the whole project. This ended up putting the bid around the others I had gotten. Sheet rock seemed to go well at first. Once mudded, they did not sand any of the mud and had trowel marks everywhere that needed to be sanded. Iin some places the mud was put on so thick it cracked all over 3 days later. They did not have the tip to the hopper, so went to store and purchased a cheap electric hopper that did not work at all, it was terrible. They textured over all the unsanded and wet mud leaving all kinds of trowel marks that showed through. I asked Jennifer if she would be happy with this if it was her house, she stated no. We made arrangements for them to come back over the weekend to sand and redo the texture, I told them I would like it to look like my current home and that my last guy would fix it all for $750. They told me to go ahead and have him finish the job . They did remove the $750 from the bill. Once all that got done, I was fine to must move forward and take my lumps. Yesterday I started to put in all my faceplates for the electrical. out of all of the holes, 4 reg size plates cover the holes and all the rest are going to have to be Jumbo plates. There are a couple that I am not even sure a jumbo plate will cover. this is when I decided to write this review. The old saying of you get what you pay for so true. They were in such a hurry to get it done and be gone that it really affected the quality of work.

They were on time did the work in a shorter time than originally stated. The only issue I have is one tile is a bit higher than the rest. There were not hidden costs and my floor is now installed.

Highly professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable in all aspects of home repair. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Looking forward to working with them in the future. Definitely highly recommended.

They are the only company I allow to work on my projects. When you consider their experience, expertise and dependability, there is no other choice for us. The only areas I use an outside source, is for roofing, major electric and major plumbing. The quality of their work is outstanding.
