Jon called within a couple of hours of me going through HomeAdvisor. In fact, I had initiated with another tree service that never returned my call. Jon just got a heads up from HomeAdvisor about my general request and took it upon himself. He left a phone message..we called him back and he was at are house the next day. He scheduled our stump grinding in for Sunday, came, got the job done, was courteous and had a very fair price..I definitely recommend his company. Judy Libera
