Told Joshua I needed to leave at a certain time and he made sure to be at my house early. He made it possible for me to get my vent coil replaced with a better product and enabled me to get to my appointments on time. Left everything better than it was. Great job! Will hire for annual duct cleaning services, so long as the price is right.

I have six ductless AC units. Two of them had visible mild growing inside and required cleaning. I seeked out EcoProVent through the service and received a call from them within an hour (this was a Sunday). The owner, Joshua, was very polite and professional. The price was very reasonable and within budget. We set a date for 3 days (Wed Aug 4th) when the cleaning service was to be completed. Joshua came with a helper at 9 am and began to work. All safety measures were taken and they were very careful not to damage anything. Overall the cleaning took about 4 to 4.5 hours. They even put in a mold inhibitor for a small extra fee, to slow down any new growth. I intend to have Joshua and EcoProVent return every year, to clean another two of my six units on a continual rotation so all six of my units get cleaned over a three-year cycle. I highly recommend EcoProVent especially if you need ductless AC cleaning.

Eco provent has great customer service. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is excellent. Everything that needed to be done was explained to me in detail. I would recommend that anyone would needs their vents cleaned call them. Excellent job.

Ecoprovent showed up on time and maintained a very professional manner while keeping his mask on at all times. I recently purchased my first home and this was my first system cleaning of my air ducts. He was very informative and showed me pictures inside the vents of how dirty it was. The gentleman provided after pictures which showed the great job he did. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of the service. He also cleaned my dryer vent which contained quite an amount of lint. Very humble and efficient company!
