Eco Irrigations

Installed in ground sprinkler system for my small yard. 4 zones. Had an issue with my Rainbird WR2 sensor and they came out and fixed right away. Also had them add another sprinkler which only took 20min..no mess either. Looking to have them do more work this fall.

Eco Irrigations installed a 7 zone sprinkler system on my property recently.Despite the weather not being favorable, the team worked efficiently and with as little disturbance to my over all property as possible. David took time to demo the system and go over some specifics and warranty information. The team followed up with me on any questions very promptly and even resolved a very very minor issue I had with one sprinkler head that I probably could have resolved but they're the experts and they came and fixed it in less than 3 minutes. I would definitely work with Eco irrigations.

My name is Tracey Simmons. My address is 6524 Lake Forest Rd. E., Charlotte, NC 28227. The reason why I am writing this is because of the damages that Eco-irrigation left. First they would not wait for the people to come and mark the lines like they were supposed to. They ended up cutting my cable line twice and I had to call for it to be repaired. Not only that the machine that he used on my driveway, which is called a trencher damaged it to the point where now thereâ s running cracks all up my driveway. I used to work in this field. You are supposed to lay plywood or some other wood over the cement so it wonâ t crack but they did not do that. They also left lines showing for the watering. Didnâ t even try to bury it. Every time I try to contact him he doesnâ t answer his phone. Iâ ve tried for two weeks on his business line But he would not answer the phone. He has to answer that phone for business so when he sees my number, I believe he does not answer. I will never tell anyone that you do good business. He acted very professional when he came and told me not to worry about anything that he does this every day the way he does it. This company does not take care of damages that it makes on your property so my suggestion is not to use Eco irrigation. There were no cracks in my driveway before they started. And I have proof of that. Week before he came, I had my driveway power wash. I checked it and it looked perfect. I was so proud of it.So I know it came from the machines. The owners name is David Alcantara. They also broke our fence. We canâ t close it because the machine that they were using backed into the gate and broke the handle on it. whatâ s right is right and when you damage something you should repair it

This business was on time, efficient and cost effective.

Not a very good experience overallâ ¦shallow pipesâ ¦As a result issues with water leaks etc. The owner stopped communicating at crucial time when repair needed in summer month. Do not use this company. Thereâ  s better value out there. Thanks to this experience I wonâ t be using Home Advisor again.

David and the guys did a Great Job! They they are true professionals. He took his time explaining everything that was done. I highly recommend ECO Irrigations !!!

David was very professional he did an awesome job along with his crew. He came out gave us an estimate, They put in the irrigation system and then he demonstrated and we were just very happy with it. They cleaned up really well they were very polite I just could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use the mcginn for something else.
