Sean and his crew replaced our roof yesterday. This entire process, from last November for the evaluation of the project, quoting and recommendation for Spring timing has been excellent. Sean is not only extremely knowledgeable but also is very friendly and has high expectations for his work. His crew is amazing, leaving our property spotless with an awesome new roof. Sean and his team worked an absolute wonder with my roof replacement. From the initial conversation, to reviewing the contracts, to doing everything (and honestly more than) he said he would, I cannot recommend Eaton Exteriors more than I now do. Sean and his crew just completed a roof replacement for me and I couldn't be happier with the experience. When I reached out for a quote Sean promptly returned my message and offered an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and prepared and broke everything down for me. I already knew I needed to replace the roof and Sean understood that and focused his time educating me on the products and process he uses and guided me into a roof that will be reliable for a long time to come without breaking the bank. There was no high pressure sales and after providing me with the quote I was free to take time to evaluate my options. Once I was ready I called Sean and we scheduled a tentative day for the work and then he sent the contract over promptly. On the day of installation Sean and his crew arrived on-time and prepared. The materials had already been delivered the day before to my home and the crew got to work quickly and efficiently. It was clear Sean and his crew have worked together for some time as they were all on the same page and the job went very smoothly. During the striping process Sean informed me of the recommendation to replace some decking due to significant sticking of shingles to the old ice and water barrier. He clearly explained why it would be best to replace the decking and once approved we moved forward. There were no surprises and Sean kept me informed of any challenges the crew hit and how they were solving them. They completed my 22sq of roof in one day, they were efficient and detail oriented and it shows in the finished product. The crew also did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend Eaton Exteriors to anyone looking for roof replacement or repair.

Friendly, great workers worked on a very cold day. They are the best of the best. I thank Father God that we found them to fix the roof.

If you need a roof installed or replaced you must must go with Sean at Eaton roofing and exteriors. I cant sing his praises high enough. From the get go he was amazing to deal with. During the quoting process he was the only contractor we spoke with that actually went on the roof to get an upclose look. His price blew away the local big name competition and his work was top notch. I feel he went way above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure the roof was installed properly for the long run. He had a very friendly professional crew he worked with. I couldn't find one nail or piece of trash on my lawn after he was done. Most importantly I feel he had amazing integrity which is hard to find these days. You need to go with him if you need a new roof!!
