Tony, Anthony and the guys were clean, courteous and friendly towards the grumpy neighbor! They did an awesome job on my two egress windows and were great from planning, ordering, finishing and after. Already recommended them (even to the ex-husband)!

I had Easy Exit Egress install an egress window in my home. I had a choice of a number of companies that were all within $500 of each other. However, some companies quoted the job over the phone without ever looking at my house. When Anthony and his crew came out to look at the job... they gave me my options, and gave me a good price. They even told me "even if you don't go with us... make sure whoever you hire only does egress windows. Because if they aren't done right, you'll have problems for years to come." This resonated with me , because the previous guy from another company came out and told me he does construction, sprinklers, glass block, and does some computer work. So I hired Easy Exit Egress Windows, LLC. The guys were great. Job was done with permits from the city (and the window well was properly tied into the drain tile). They arrived on time and did quality work with a hard working crew of guys.

This is a family business and they truly care about the customer. We changed our mind as to the placement of the window and they didn't mind adjusting at all. We had another company out to look at the job. Easy Exit Egress Windows had a nicer window and didn't charge more for any of the options for the well design. They pulled the permit, set a date to begin, stuck to the timeline, and cleaned up after it was done. We are very happy with the job and would recommend this company.

I was very impressed with customer communications. Too many times do you hear of people having difficulty getting a hold of their contractor. They either answered the phone when I called or called back the same day. Easy Exit did all the legwork from start to finish, including investigating a potential issue with a storm drain, permits, setting up timing for the inspector and a follow up call after inspection was made. Very impressed!! They showed up the day we had arranged and finished the job in 9 hours. The final product is a very professionally installed egress window at a competitive price. I have gotten numerous compliments from friends and neighbors who have stopped by to have a look. We are very happy with the finished product!! As a side note, I have a concrete sidewalk that interfered with the installation of the egress window. Tony, Adam and the crew did an excellent job of working around it and saving as much of it as possible. They only cut out what they needed to and were able to leave enough that you can still walk around the window without stepping off onto the grass. Clean up after the job was completed was immaculate. They even raked my lawn where they had traveled. Would and have already recommended to other potential customers.
