It's nice to find a company that still operates the old fashioned way with respect to customer service. No answering machines, no press "1's", but actually human contact with people who take pride in what they are doing. The service techs were very professional, polite and a joy to allow into our home. They came out and fixed the problem, which was rather extensive, and did so without having to go to supply houses to get parts. The service vehicles where stocked like stores on wheels. We commend and thank this company and will certainly share this eperience with friends and family.
