Repaired a leaking roof on addition to our home.

I had such an easy and wonderful experience with East Coast Metal roofing. From Dave Harris, then Sean Azarbin to Jenna and Teryn and the whole crew, the professionalism was outstanding! I had trouble even finding a nail left over from the job! We love our new 50 year roof, it has made our home look 100% better. The shingle style is just beautiful! Worth the investment!

Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. We love our new metal roof and we appreciate Dave and everyone at Ecmr who make dealing with them a real pleasure.

Our new metal roof from East Coast Metal Roofing came out awesome! It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you're looking to upgrade your house with a metal roof. You won't be sorry!

I knew from the start I wanted a metal roof and that I wanted the Permalock product for its quality and durability and that it looks like the shingle roof we had. The lifetime warranty and great product sold me. The roofers were great, and every night the place was cleaned up and they were very efficient.

From the initial contact with Project Specialist Dave Harrison for our quote through the completion of our project the ECMR team was very professional and courteous. Dave was our contact from the day of the quote through the end of the project and setting up the warranty. He is an expert in roofing and his communication skills and relaxed no pressure approach made the quote process more of an information delivery than a sales pitch. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly and processes were explained in detail whenever we asked how something would be done. Before signing on one of our biggest concerns was scheduling and when we could have the project done. Being in New Hampshire we did not want our roof done in winter. Every promise Dave made was kept and our roof was started and completed sooner than we expected and the result is beyond expectations. Eduardo and his crew that did our project were amazing in their work ethic and attention to detail making sure everything was done right. They took care of the landscape and left the yard and landscaping cleaner than when they started. Shawn La Force (Quality Control) was on-site frequently checking in with the crew and any questions or concerns we had along the way were quickly resolved. Throughout the entire process, we gained a high comfort and confidence level with the ECMR team. We never felt like they were just there to hurry up and get it done. Instead, we felt like they were there to do a high-quality job and do it right. We could see their attention to detail and as the work was being done we knew that we made the right choice by picking ECMR. The crew was some of the hardest working people I have ever seen and the commitment to excellence the entire team exhibited is second to none. You get what you pay for and with ECMR it was an amazingly good-looking roof that we have 100% confidence is done right.
