We asked Earthwork Solutions to come out to see how much it would cost to replace our broken fiberglass septic tank with a concrete septic tank. What I really liked about Earthwork Solutions is they were ready to go when they first arrived at our house. They had already done research on our house’s septic system and arrived at our house with the latest septic tank drawings. When we wanted to upgrade our drain field from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom house (if it was possible), they contacted the county to check on the septic tank size and to see if our property would accommodate the additional drain field. After talking to the county, Earthwork Solutions recommended an engineer to come out to design and draw up the new drain field. The engineer they recommended could not have been better. He was prompt, kept in touch with us and took care of the permit. He also came out after Earthwork Solutions had upgraded the drain field to sign off the drain field had been installed in accordance with his plans – which it had. Also, since we were living in our house, our damaged septic tank had to be pumped and removed the same day our new concrete septic tank was installed. Earthwork Solutions checked with us and arranged to have it pumped that same day. Earthwork Solutions was very friendly, listened to us, explained what they were doing, was reliable, and handled everything for us. This is a family owned and operated business and you could tell they took pride in their work. The whole ordeal went smoothly for us and couldn’t have been better.

My Septic pump had failed. I had already reached out to another septic repair company, but after 24 hours they still could not give me a day they would be available. I called Pavel at Earthworks Solutions and within 3 hours he had Dennis out there to replace my pump. He installed 3 risers and a new drainage pump all in the same day. Dennis did fast excellent work and I would recommend Earthworks Solutions.
