They installed gutters on the front of the house that is an eye sore. If I would have known how it would look I would have hired someone else. I did mention to the installers while they were installing that I did not like the way the gutter looked at that location.

In response to this review: We just want to clarify the situation. Our salesperson drew out a diagram with Mr. Santiago indicating the placement of his gutters and downspouts, before the job began, which he liked and agreed to at the time. After our crew cut and placed a downspout in the front of Mr. Santiago's home, the customer indicated that he was not happy with the original planned placement of the downspout. We offered to change it out for only the cost of the materials, as the original materials were already used. Mr. Santiago said that he would think about it. Upon collection of the final payment, the customer again stated that he was not happy with the way it looked. Later, the owner of E-Z Roofing called Mr. Santiago and again offered to come out and move said downspout for only the cost of the materials, but Mr. Santiago was not interested. We think it is very unfortunate that Mr. Santiago is unhappy with the appearance/placement of the downspout, as we try hard to please every customer, every time. With that being said the offer for Mr. Santiago still stands.
