Reviews
Write a ReviewVery professional, very fair and easy to work with. The crew was courteous, efficient and skilled in their professions.
So far so good, we are doing a very big project and are only in the third week, but We have been very happy with the work that has already been done. His crew has been very good.
work done on time and according to specification. Work area ws kept clean at all times and workers were knowledgeable and polite.
When my wife and I first met Ramiro he quickly painted a picture of our new addition and kitchen remodel with broad strokes, not really going in to too much detail, which caused me some initial concern. With a bad contractor fewer details can mean lots of opportunities to cut corners, but with a good contractor it can mean they don't hassle you with demands for change orders for each little alteration or upgrade. We took a chance on Mr. Paez (frankly, because we liked him!) and he has proven himself to be a quality contractor, he never sweats the small stuff and maintains his focus on ensuring you are happy today and making sure you will be satisfied when the project is finished. For example, after my roof came off, rain leaked under the plastic tarp and a portion of my existing ceiling came down. I told Mr. Paez about it and the next morning a team of people showed up, they cleaned up then removed and replaced the entire ceiling, no ifs ands or buts. In another example, I foolishly failed to explain to my wife what a 5:12 pitch roof looked like before the contract was signed. The morning the roof was to be built, my wife, talking to the head carpenter determined that she didn't want the 5:12 roof we agreed to; What she wanted was a much steeper 10:12 pitch roof. The carpenters, Mr. Paez and his architect worked out the details quickly and that night we had a 10:12 pitch roof. The workers have all been pleasant and professional, from the laborers to the craftsmen, who have done outstanding work. In short, Mr. Paez has proven himself to be just what we were looking for in a contractor, an honest, attentive, reasonable and knowledgeable professional who has had our satisfaction as his highest priority. We give him our highest recommendation.
