Sean did an outstanding job replacing the framework and decking on my front porch. I had my side porch replaced in the past and Sean's work was superior in every way. The price was very reasonable. Sean has a great personality and always responded quickly to any questions I had before the project started. I already have another project I would like Sean to work on. You won't regret hiring him!

Sean is a skilled woodworker. He transformed our stairs with beautiful hand-stained wood steps. Sean was a pleasure to work with and will be hiring him again for another stair remodel.

Sean did an amazing job. He had my backsplash installed and looking beautiful in just one weekend. I have received many compliments on how well the job was done. I will definitely be using Sean for all of my future home improvements.

Sean was amazing from beginning to end, and I could select several different "project" titles for this review, because he did a variety of jobs: 1. Our wooden cellar door and the wooden stairs underneath (that go from the backyard to the basement) were rotted. He built new stairs and installed a metal cellar door I bought. 2. He replaced the exterior door on the garage. The old one was 32 inches. He easily cut into the wall and installed a new 36 inch door in very little time. While he was in the garage, he realized the garage door was not working, and he repaired that too... this was not something we talked about. He just did it! 3. He removed old wooden railings on the front porch and installed new vinyl ones onto our brick columns. We only had one vinyl hand rail for the front steps. He got a second hand rail and matching railings, installed the second hand rail, and adjusted the original one so it would match. 4. Lots of great pain work! We have four wooden columns on the front porch. He scraped the old paint, sealed the wooden bases, which were separating at the corner, and repainted them, as well as the wood trim above the porch. 5. The lattice work around the base of the front porch was falling apart. Not only did he repair it, but also he painted the gray brick behind it black so the white lattice would look better from the street. 6++. There were a few other small things along the way I asked him to do while he was here. Nothing major. Things that I didn't have the tools for and only took him 5-10 minutes, but he was happy to do each of them to help me out. In total, he worked for three days straight on projects around my house, and charged me a very reasonable price compared to a quote I received from another handyman company. After the job was finished, we walked through my house and talked about some possible remodeling jobs he could do for us in the future. We will definitely call him the next time we need any work done on our home!!

Sean installed new stairs, refinished the stairwell, installed a murphy door and laid tile. Everything looks amazing. I would hire him again.

Sean is professional, reliable, and friendly. The primary project was a master bathroom total gut. Sean ensured there were studs to support the drywall, installed the drywall, taped, mudded and painted the bathroom and master bedroom. While mudding he had to blend one wall with the existing master bedroom wall due to a bathroom wall being moved . When it was finished You couldnâ t tell there had ever been another wall. Side projects included mudding problem areas in hall bathroom, guest bedroom and laundry room. Once finished his work was seamless. Sean also painted the ceilings in all rooms mentioned in this write up. We would highly recommend Sean for your work projects.

We need someone to do two sets of stairs and railings . Since day one he was always on time , works all day , gets the work done in a timely manner, and does excellent work !! He did the stairs and then we called him back for more work , so happy to have found him !! It s hard to find a good carpenter that really knows what their doing . Who really knows his trade. So then he did our cabinets crown molding and and all the decorative details. Beautiful !! Also our vanities in 3 bathrooms, the doors throughout the house , all the trim . I could go one all day . We had flood damage and after getting several bids on replacing drywall, interior doors and closet doors as well as painting and putting in chair rail and baseboard, decided to go with Dugan's. It's always a challenge when you are dealing with unexpected repairs and aren't sure who to trust, but are we are so grateful we selected them. Sean is prompt, professional and very skilled. He brought in an additional worker for the first two days (Mike who was also awesome) and they worked diligently each day. Job was done faster and better than anticipated and Sean even took care of a couple of things that we hadn't even expected him to do. He has a work ethic beyond reproach and is such a joy to work with. We already told him we would be calling him for our next project! 5 Stars plus!

Performed excellent work. Had to fit a smaller opening with a larger door and it came out looking great. Would highly recommend Sean.
