Raul from Dubon Consttruction is very professional. He called me immediately when I was looking for a handyman. He was able to give me an appt. the next day which is very important for me especially dealing with tenants because I want my tenants to be happy. Raul gave me a 2 hour window for his arrival time which is very reasonable. He texted me when he was on his way which allowed me to update my tenants. He repaired the cabinet drawer professionally and my tenants sent me a text thanking me for the great work done by Raul. I definitely had a great first time experience with Raul and will definitely utilize his services for any future work I need for my apartment buildings. I will not hesitate to also refer him to my friends.

Raul of Dubon's Construction was terrific. We had great email and text communication, he showed up on time, got the job done, and was reasonably priced. Our tenants are very happy and so are we. We had called over 15 handmen/contractors that were referred on ND or Yelp, asking if any of them had actually repaired/replaced old window crank mechanisms on older casement windows. Not one of them had ever done this so we kept looking until we found Raul here on Angie's List. Angie's List works! We are so happy with Raul, and now that I know he can do additional things, we will be hiring him for other projects at our properties.

He handled a small job quickly and came back the next day despite having bigger opportunities after the recent rains, which showed real integrity. He also advised us on several future projects, mostly windows, offering options and recommendations based on what was best for us, not his wallet. He was upfront about being very busy but promised that with proper notice he’d schedule us as soon as possible—and he delivered. We also had a difficult tenant situation, and Raul’s calm, respectful demeanor completely won him over; the tenant ended up thanking him. When we had an urgent matter, the Company responded very quickly. Unlike some contracting firms, Dubon has been a very good communicator. The Company cares about the quality of its work and the charges have been quite reasonable.
