Mr. Jason was very personable and knowledgeable. His professionals did an amazing job with not only the project, clean up was outstanding. After I paid him, he stayed longer to explain how I needed to finish this project. Requested I use his Sherwin Williams' discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I will not be using this company in the future due to their lack of communication. They no-called no-showed twice out of 3 days. The first day they were scheduled to perform work, I called their office an hour after expecting them and was told that another job took longer than expected and they'd be there the following day. They apparently forgot to call me to reschedule ahead of time. The second day, they showed up on time and performed the work as agreed. The third day, I received a call at 8:15AM from them and was advised they'd arrive between 9:30AM and 10AM at my tenant's apartment. At 10:15 I called their office again and was told their early job that morning had run long and they'd be to my tenant afterwards. Since I do not live there, this effectively killed 2 hours of my morning waiting on them to arrive at the time they set. I could have easily adjusted with two simple phone calls on the first and third day. Once again, their work was good. Best of luck to them in the future
