I had Dryer Vent Wizard of the ArkLaTex come out to service my new home, wanting to make sure everything was in working order from the previous owner, and they did an excellent job! My technician, Nick, was very professional, quick, and personable and showed me how clogged the duct was to my outside outlet, which could have caused my dryer to not dry my clothes completely and creates the potential for a fire. There was an insane amount of lint and dust that had built up over the years, but my technician got it all cleaned out and the outlet replaced so that I could ensure safety and efficiency in my new home.
