We were at a loss for who to contact. The googled restoration services and lucky for us I found Dry Run Restoration! Pryce and his team came out to our home within a few hours! They assessed the situation and started the work immediately. We are and were beyond impressed with the job that was done. On Memorial Day 2024, while away from home, we had a water pipe burst flooding our downstairs living area. I "attempted" to use several wet vacs to get the water out of the carpet. I saw it was a losing battle as the drywall showed that water was wicking upward. Thus first thing next morning I searched for help and settled on local Dry Run Restoration service to call. Pryce answered right away and was at our property promptly to evaluate. It was obvious we needed restoration and within just a few hours they were on site with equipment. They were very expedient and took care of everything including ripping up the carpet and wet drywall, removing furniture and belongings, getting a POD to store them in, taking pictures of the damaged items and structure, and handling the insurance end of reporting. Bottom line..they made what was a bad event as simple and carefree as possible. Within just a few days the area was dry and ready for reconstruction. I highly recommend Dry Run Restoration!!

If you're looking for help in a water damage situation, look no further. Pryce helped us triage the severity from the first phone call within hours of a leak involving two floors, drywall, hardwood flooring, tile, it was already drying out thanks to John and Luke. John came by every day to check progress and walk us through what we were up against. They used various technologies to dry everything out to ensure safety and prevent mold, while doing their very best to preserve our building materials. Great communication from start to finish. It's clear they care about the work they do and the people they serve. We couldn't be more thankful for their expertise in a stressful situation. We highly recommend Dry Run Restoration for any water issue you may have and should it happen to us again, we know who to call.
