Hired in June for a fence project they came to dig holes after the heat wave. That was fine. Months of no communication after they had a family emergency. It?s September and my fence is not even started. At this rate I need a refund on product so I can hit another company. Don?t recommend!

Totally in over their heads. Worked very diligently for the first 3 weeks, then intermittently, then no shows. Everytime I called, they were picking up supplies, and yet no one came. Very poor communicator. I came to realize Derrick wanted to be a boss and subcontract most of the work. He never checked up on his crew. Seemed surprised that after 3 months, only 30% of work completed. I hired a different crew who saw many more errors than I did. They realigned the kitchen cabinets, corrected the sheetrock errors, and replaced the refridgerator water connection, which had created a black mold issue by continuously leaking for several weeks. My main frustration was the lack of urgency. Once the payment was made, I was put on the back burner. The lack of professionslism and expertise was apparent once I hired the competitor to fix Dream Realty mistakes and saw all the work they needed to do. My advice, stay away from this firm. They might be cheap, but you pay for what you get.
