My first time to call. Called 0800, he said he would be here right before lunch. Arrived at 1130 and problem solved ,with parts on truck, by 1230. As nice a guy as you would ever meet. My new go to folks for heating and a/c.

Hunter Doyal is friendly and very professional. We had used his company in the past & were pleased with his work then and were happy he could come back. Very quickly diagnosed my furnace's problem and had the part onboard their truck, which was impressive to me because it's a mobile home furnace. Price of the part was far less than I expected and the labor cost was as well. I was particularly impressed that even though the owner of the company was having surgery that very time, they put my lack of heat as a priority and honored the appointment---even though they could have rescheduled. An excellent company doing business in a more than "fair" way; I would call them "customer-centric" and even "self-sacrificial"---and that is not hype. I recommend them above all other HVAC companies local or franchise (I have been ripped off by several of them, so I think I have a basis for this claim).
