They didn?t show up the first day and didn?t even call to tell me. I called and they said they might come tomorrow unless it rains and there was rain. I went to the store in the morning and got home and they already had a few down. I was like, ?wow, you didn?t even call me and let me know you were coming.? After spending $15,600.00 for the job, he got his check and left his guys to finish on the last day and they didn?t stump grind two trees like he did and they are still above the ground. I called and he?s basically blowing me off and doesn?t care about coming back and fixing it.

The owner came with a crew, but instead of using a lift truck, he used a tractor to take down a large tall oak tree. He broke limbs in the tree behind the one he knocked down leaving the large limbs still hanging. He promised to come back, but he never did. He also broke blocks that were in a circle for burning paper and yard trash. He was gone for over an hour buying replacement blocks, leaving his two man crew wondering where he was. I would never, never recommend this company to anyone. S. Davis

Did an excellent job of getting the tree cut down but due to rain and yard being wet left before clean up of the tree. Crew was to return to remove cut tree from back yard. That was a year and a half ago. Made several phone calls to Steve about his returning to finish getting the tree removed from my back yard. That was over a year and a half ago and tree still in back yard. I am on a limited budget and do not have the funds to pay someone else for the tree removal. I made the mistake of paying him the day he took the tree down. Would not use him again.

The people that are doing the complaining were not even the homeowners they were sorry renters the homeowner of the house was pleased with all the work and did not have any problems. the owner understood completely the renters were trying to act like they own the house and they did not.
