We received great service from all the guys that came out to upgrade our Electrical. Hardworking- They really know their stuff. Trustworthy- I felt comfortable having them in my home. All the power went out at my house on a Friday night. I was scrambling to get an electrician that would do an emergency call at such short notice. I left my number with 3 other companies, and Josh of Double U electric was the only person to give me a return phone call only about an hour later. Luckily for me he was knowledgeable and patient. Before coming out and charging me, he walked me through the issue through the phone. We were able to correct the problem together returning power to my home. Monday came and I still never received any follow up calls from any of the other electrical companies I had contacted. I would highly recommended Double U electric as they have provided quick, honest, and trustworthy service.

In February, we became aware that the power mast bringing electrical service had been bent almost 90 degrees. WE Energy determined it was dangerous and turned power off. Double U Electric answered the call after hours; came out and assessed the situation; arranged for materials to be delivered to the site; and get the repair done same night. Great service by text and phone! Stayed in contact, and explained the work that needed to be done.

Itâ s awesome to find a service person who is kind, caring, knowledgeable. Everything about the work was explained. I really felt I knew was goingJosh found a couple of other issues.
