I would highly recommend Double R Construction Company. Jamie was very professional and always responded promptly to our many questions and concerns. The painting and stucco repair crew did an awesome job! All of the workers were very skilled, too. After each day of working, the crew would clean up the yard, if any debris had fallen. The finished outcome of the exterior of our home is worth stopping by to see. With Jamieâ s expertise, we now have a home that will be beautiful for a long time. I strongly recommend NOT hiring Double R Construction (DRC) due to my experience. DRC was hired to complete a fire restoration/gut job/remodel of a single unit in a triplex. Though their website touts being *communication focused* and providing *accurate quotes*, I received neither. DRC managed to create roughly a 60% overage (TENS of thousands of dollars) from the original contract, which as you can imagine created several hardships for myself. DRC over promised and under delivered to the point that I requested they only communicate via email. I could not trust anything they said as well as I needed to constantly refer them back to previous emails when disputes arose. After giving DRC plenty of opportunities and having my second request to go to mediation (to help get accurate updates and pricing) go unanswered, I was forced to seek assistance from an attorney to get this resolved. While this review will surely elicit a response from the company, I would urge anyone looking to work with DRC to request to review the years worth of emails (all, not just their handpicked ones) on this project to understand why I have taken the time to complete a review. Hopefully this will help you come to the conclusion on whether you want to work with a company like this and save you from the nightmare and financial loss I experienced.

Jaime and his crew repaired an outside stucco wall which 1s 40 years old. they did a great job of restoring the wall to its original durability and structural integrity. I've used Double R construction for several jobs, including painting and running an electrical line. they do very good work. I would definitely recommend them as reliable and efficient. You'll like their work.

Double R also did home renovations, electrical and plumbing for me. Jaime and his crew were excellent!! Very professional, pleasant to work with. The quality of the work was outstanding. Would recommend them for any construction/painting needs. Very much worth the cost. Plus, they were here on time every day, and didn't miss a day during the entire project. Can't say enough good things about Jaime and Double R. Thanks guys!!
