Andrew Dobbins was our home inspector for a new home we are purchasing. His inspection was extremely thorough! His report was detailed and organized with clear pictures to show areas of concern. He took the time to review what was found with us after the inspection and had the report ready and uploaded that evening! We also love the fact that he performs radon testing and checks for wood destroying insects so we could have that all done in one shot. We have opted for Dobbins Home Inspection based on the stellar and immaculate 5 stars reviews we saw online about their services. A perfect 5 appeared to be almost incredible from so many reviews. Yet after our experience with Mr. Andrew Dobbins we must adhere with all the other reviewers and add our own 5 stars. Andrew is all you wish for in an inspector. Perfectly on time, he was thorough, detailed, efficient, technically astute, super nice, clear, armed with the latest technology (including a camera equipped drone to visually inspect your roof!) and issued a simple to understand, complete, and richly illustrated report. Most of the times a good inspector will deliver bad news, details about your future home that need attention and money to be spent. But what a difference it makes to become aware of those many times hidden issues that if unattended might become catastrophic, jeopardize a major investment, and even put the homeowners and their families in harm's way. None of these will happen when you entrust Andrew with the inspection of your home. And when he delivers those bad news he adds a little humor to help you swallow and digest them somewhat easier.
