Joel was very thorough, explaining what he was doing to control the rodents in our attic: trapping them, cleaning up after them, sanitizing, and screening vents. Additionally, he left traps and returned several times to check for rats which had nested unseen. This was part of the original service charge which was extremely reasonable especially compared to competitors' quotes who couldn't come for weeks and did not return calls for several days. Joel was very polite, on-time, and called ahead to schedule rechecks. He also vacuumed carpets where necessary after removing ceiling covers to access the attic. We will definitely call Direct'Em Pest Solutions and ask for Joel again for any and all pest control services.

Originally I had called to have some bees removed but apparently it was a "resting swarm" and the bees were gone the next day. I was so impressed with Joel's professionalism that I had him return to spray the outside of my house for multi legged critters. His work was professional, friendly, efficient and the cost was reasonable. I have scheduled him to return every quarter. My highest recommendation.

Removal of bees from wall. Very good worker. Not completely prepared for # of bees so did not have bags to put them in. Overall very good customer service and very helpful in obtaining someone to repair wall.

Joel is very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time and took care of treating our yard of fleas and spiders in a timely manner. We decided to have him come on a bi-monthly basis. His price quote is very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
