Not sure why I had such a different experience with John than everyone else. Pros- he was very quick to respond to my initial request, and his prices were cheap. Cons: - promised to come back within the week after the initial work to finish an area. He never came back. - we continued to get mice in the home. I would say there was an immediate period that they slowed, but genuinely fixed nothing after 6 months. - I signed up for the quarterly service. I reached out to him when we started getting mice again as well as when we were due for the quarterly service and received zero response. Once again, it seems like my experience is in the minority but wanted to warn others that his work quality varies greatly. We are now starting from square one again finding someone to help us.

Within five minutes of the technician leaving after placing traps down a mouse was already caught by a trap and by 11 pm the same day another was caught right next to the other mouse that was caught when they left. My husband disposed of the mice in the traps when he got home that night for me.

John came almost immediately. He is very professional and really knows his business. I enjoyed his friendly demeanor and he had a great sense of humor! Best of all, John took care if our problem, at a reasonable price. We have not had an issue since.
