When it rained my basement would get 2-3 inches of water. Tim and his team redirected all of the drain pipes (5 in all), reshaped the slope of the land surrounding my house, planted grass seed, and left the yard spotless. Now my basement is drier than Arizona in mid-July. These guys are pros, they finished in a day. It was a pleasure to see these men work! Their price was more than fair. You can't go wrong with DIGGS! Tim Hillman and his team were great to work with. I have a 105 year old house, which had an addition built over 40+ years ago, over a crawl space. The foundation of the addition had become unstable & the main support beam under the original part of the house had some bowing. Tim contacted me in less than 24 hours & came over to assess the situation. He determined that it was a two part problem. He could do phase 1 now & the other part in the Spring. He gave me a written estimate for phase 1, which I accepted. Within two weeks, the phase 1 project, which included a new steel support beam under the crawl space & stabilization of the main support beam of the original house, was completed. This type of work is not cheap; but, Tim gave me a very fair price. He did everything that he said that he was going to do; and, he did it well. He worked quickly and he stayed in constant communication with me. I really appreciated his service; and, I look forward to working with him in the Spring on Phase 2 of this project.

I was fortunate that Tim could come to my house the next business day to evaluate the eroding block foundation situation that I had. I was provided an expert opinion and quote the same day. On time to the point did not miss a single detail in repairs and explained everything so that you understand the work that he did and the guarantee of his work.

+Tim was the only pro who contacted me and made an appointment to inspection the house foundation and driveway adjacent to the foundation where the leaking was occurring. He looked at the pitch of the yard behind the house and from the driveway to the house. After a thorough inspection outside the house, he and his son Jake went into the basement to see where the water leaking was most prevalent. Following these two inspections he made verbal recommendations to correct the problems . He followed this up with written proposal for the work, along with a cost estimate. After receiving this, I sent him a detailed email with questions about the proposal, which he promptly answered, to my satisfaction and I agreed to have him do the work. On the agreed start date, he was on time with his excavator and crew of 2 to start the project. Weather was a factor and I was amazed how quickly they did the foundation repair, built a temporary wooden step with small deck into the back door of the house and laid the underground conduit for the electric power to the garage. There have been several heavy rain falls since this project was completed and the water leak is gone. The driveway project is scheduled for Spring 2020 when the weather will be more conducive to replacing the driveway.
