Reviews
Write a ReviewRedemption Property Preservation was prompt in responding to my call, was thorough in understanding what I wanted done. Their quote was reasonable and they were prompt in scheduling the job, completing the work, and cleaning up when done. I am very happy with the work.
I hired this company to repair a brick mailbox that had been hit by a large truck and separated at the center. I assumed I would need a whole new mailbox, but they were able to repair the existing mailbox at a fraction of the cost and in such a way that it looked as good as new. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. They arrived on time for both scheduled appointments, and did their work efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend.
Met expectations
Ryan was efficient and friendly. He explained what he would do and gave me a fair estimate. I will definitely use RPP again.
I hired this company in November of last year to replace a broken brick on my front porch steps. The men sent out to do this repair told me that they could not remove the remaining piece of brick, and cemented the two halves of broken brick together, assuring me that it would last. It did not. Within a few weeks, the brick was broken in half again. They charged me $350 for this. I asked that they come out and fix the problem or give me a refund.. After a few months of getting the runaround, they ended up ghosting me. A few weeks ago, my neighbor, not a professional by any stretch, replaced the brick - the one Redemption said couldn't be replaced - for $30. I will never call this company for anything again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. They lied to me, cheated me, and basically stole from me. Hardly the Christian values they pretend to uphold.
Hired them to demolish an old pool and deck from the house I just bought, and they did not finish the job. They left pieces of the pool liner and deck posts in the ground, did not fill the area in all the way, and did not spread out the fill dirt that they brought; they assured me that they'd do all of that and go over it with a magnet to ensure there were no metal bits around. They ghosted me when I asked if they would come back and finish the job. Unfortunately, I was out of town and relied on my dad to give them my money, and he did not check the job before handing it over.
Ryan was great very professional and the price was very reasonable
Very professional. Found more problems once they started working and fixed while they were here. Highly recommend.
They provided their estimate for the job based on photographs rather than actually visiting the job site. Based on the work I actually needed done, I felt I probably paid too much. On the other hand, the work was of good quality and done promptly. I would hire them again but would discuss the job more in depth with them prior to approving the work.
They came when they said they would. Easy to communicate with and understanding the scope of work they said they would do.
