They were very prompt, from returning phone calls and inquires to the work it self!!! We were very pleased. They explained how they were going to do the repair, it was done as promised in a very timely fashion! We had to have them back for a minor touch up and they responded the same day and made the repair! Everyone I spoke with was highly professional and polite!!! I would HIGHLY recommend then to anyone who might need there SERVICES!!!!

Response from Company:
After speaking with this customer, we learned they were unhappy with the cost of the services provided. This particular job required our technician to locate and patch several grout holes in a large kitchen. Due to the nature of this, we typically charge our standard hourly rate of $89/hour with a 2 hour minimum. The work took just under the 2 hours to complete. Payment was agreed upon before work began and while it is regrettable this customer was unsatisfied with the cost of the work, we provide only the highest quality of work and services.
