John and his team did a fantastic job with out basement remodel. Fair price and great work. Very professional and detail oriented. Understood our needs very well and offered some suggestions that helped improve the space. We'll get a lot of use out of our new room!

We’ve been remodeling our house for quite awhile now and to say John was the most genuine and professional contractor that we’ve worked with so far is an understatement. John treated us like family and went way beyond what we contracted him to do! Not only did they do an outstanding job with our basement remodel but he was patient and professional with a little bit of drama that we had during construction when it came to other contractors that he had to work around. John and his crew recently finished our 1400 sq-ft basement in Concord. They added a bar, small kitchen with cabinets, full bath, multiple closets, etc. They handled all aspects of this project including rough and finish carpentry, insulation, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, paint, assembly of all cabinets/doors/fixtures, etc. John is a high energy guy who always shares great ideas and multiple options. His crew share his work ethic, and focus on quality. They are all extremely detail oriented, neat, courteous, and very conscious of timing and budgets. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with this basement project, and will be contacting John for addition work throughout our house in the future. We had John finish the basement of our new construction home. He provided a detailed estimate and worked with me to carve things out I wanted to do myself. He showed up early every day and worked very hard. He was exceptionally courteous and professional, even provided floor protectors and clean air filters while he worked. He coordinated his own helpers and other trades as necessary, and was an advocate for a quality job beginning to end. It s not every day you come across someone like John who not only cares about you as a customer, he and his people take pride in doing a job well done. I d recommend John to anyone.

John completely finished 1440 sq ft of our unfinished walk-out basement, adding a huge family area, an office, a craft room, a bedroom, a master-sized bathroom, and access to storage and workshop areas. John provided us with the space that we had envisioned and more, always keeping in mind our intended use and those who would occupy the space. He made suggestions for improvements that, while seemingly minor, were hugely significant in the end. He masked duct and piping runs with dropped ceiling areas that are symmetrical and look premeditated, rather than making the ceiling look like it was formerly a basement. And the finish work is immaculate! John and his crew worked long hours, always sensitive about our living areas being kept clean, and always cleaning the under-construction areas nightly. This is a crew of cheerful professionals, and John has a knack for bringing in other trades on whatever day he needs them, including same-day! The finished rooms match our existing structure in materials and style, and the overall effect is that the house was all done at one time. Over these holidays, we entertained nearly daily, and several friends with their own future projects asked for John's info. He told me that he is available for any project, and he will provide whatever manpower is required, including for the outdoor pergolas that we have planned!

He installed baseboard molding and painted them in his shop before. He touched up on them prior to my carpet. They cleaned up after the work and it just looks amazing! Installed furnace vents in every bedroom. He was on time and professional! I would hire them in a heartbeat.
