We would highly recommend Dave and Nate of Dave's Mechanical Maintenance. They are professional. courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Unlike other companies we have dealt with, they arrived when they said they would, explained what they were doing and why. They even reseeded our lawn where their truck tires churned up some mud!! Delightful to work with.

We have 2 heat pumps which we have serviced every 2 years. I was going to call the company that had installed our heat pumps until a friend told me that Daveâ s Mechanical Maintenance had installed his heat pump and had done a great job. I called Daveâ s and scheduled an appointment for service. Dave Curtis came to our house on the day scheduled and he arrived on time. He was very efficient and cleaned and service both units. One unit had not been functioning at full efficiency but Dave diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. I highly recommend, if you need service or need a new heat pump installed, calling Daveâ s Mechanical Maintenance. They are efficient, friendly and provide exceptional customer service at a very reasonable price.

Before using this company, I did my research. They were the best priced, fastest to get an install and responded quickly. I would highly recommend them if you need a heat pump in the Bangor or Ellsworth area! The Install was so simple and didn't take long at all. Nate made sure I understood how to use it and double checked his work on site. I have been building a house and they were by far the easiest contractors to work with. Their price was almost half of what I was quoted elsewhere.. so I will be having 2 more installed coming up! I also love that they will come back whenever needed and will do all the cleanings themselves. I highly recommend them!

Dave and Nate installed my heat pump yesterday, I can already tell I'll be very happy with it. I found them to be very efficient, on time, and work neatly done. After having 3 estimates given to me, I chose them 1st for being a small local business, 2nd for being very upfront with all information that I needed, and 3rd for being the lowest estimate! I would highly recommend them and hope to spread the word to anyone interested in getting a heat pump installed. After the installation was done, Nate clearly explained all about it and how to use it and if my "old" mind forgets something, he's only a phone call away. This father/son team is awesome. They extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were on time, fast, efficient, and cleaned up all debris. Nate took care of the paperwork, rebate, and payment through Home Advisor after the install. I highly recommend their service.

Nate and Dave are a great father and son team. They kept me informed of costs and installation date and came all the way to down east Maine for no extra charge. They took care of all the paperwork, rebates, and were at the work site right on time.The installation is very professionally done and the system is working as expected.
