The communication was horrible. Had no problem responding when they wanted the down deposit and cashed it in right away. Did not hear from them for over 5 weeks after endless phone calls and texts. When they finally answered didn?t have a single idea who we were. The eventually came out, the work was good. But don?t believe the constant ?are we losing our deposit for nothing?, was worth it.

Thank you for your feedback, Hannah. We average about 15 calls a week so when you called, I wasn?t sure who you were right away. I was also in communication with another person from your residence. When we receive deposits they go to the bank by the end of the week, that?s just our standard procedure, as I would assume would be the same for any other small business. We are a small company and we work hard to keep our lead times short. These reviews are what helps us learn and grow. Thank you

I contacted Danco at the end of the good weather season, to do an outside job, so I knew it might take some time to complete. Well, I could not be happier wirh our choice to go with Danco. Due to inclement weather, it took a little while to get everything done, but Danny always kept us informed. When we had a good weather day, he was back and completed everything. I would definitely recommend Danco. They will be my go to guys for my next project.

I dont usually do reviews but the guys were great and set me at ease. Super polite and kept me in the loop on everything they were doing. It took a little longer than expected but that was because of the cabinet I ordered. They kept everything neat and clean and they were very detailed. I changed a couple of things during the project and they accommodated all my requests. It came out exactly how I wanted it, I would be more than happy to recommend Danco to anyone
