Did exactly what they said they were hung to do. Great roof replacement. Very happy with it

Mike spinale from the tri cities office was really helpful in helping me figure out the right shingles and really helped me get the right pricing and I really like the fact that they offer the golden pledge warranty over at Dabella.

Had to gave them out 3 times to fix problems, they didn?t vent roof properly which led to drywall problem inside the home and we had leaking around the metal chimney flute which we had to have them come out twice to fix. This last part was just annoying after they said they prided themselves on cleanup.We were picking up roofing staples for days after they prided themselves on cleanup and when if there crew backed over our fence post and didn?t even mention it. Our neighbor told us. They now say they don?t use that contracting company any longer but who knows.

High quality, but expensive. They are still working on the roof today. So, not quite finished. Won't really know about the "quality" until it rains hard.

The young men only took 2 days to do the job. VERY NICE JOB, clean up was great it looks better than when they started. IAM SO GLAD IT WENT OUT ANY BUMPS THANK GUYS PATRICIA WILKINS SELIGMAN AZ.

The representative Will Wright walked us through the entire process and it was simple and extremely reasonable cost wise! We have gotten our work done yet, but the extra mile they are going to do for us plus a 50 year guarantee are amazing! The cost and financing is great and we look forward to have a new roof that doesnâ t leak!! They will be replacing vents, ducts and even our skylight! Replacing damaged plywood! Again, above and beyond what we ever expected! I will post again when the work is complete, but I have the utmost confidence in the quality of materials and workmanship they will be providing!

Pre-work review. DaBella sent their representative to our house (1978 build) after we expressed interest in new siding. Easton was very professional and knowledgeable without high pressure selling tactics. He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as needed --- no time-crunch decision making. He took pictures of our house and then was able to use advanced software to construct a 3D model of the whole exterior. We then selected siding samples that he had brought and could see using the software what our house would look like with various color choices for siding and trim. We found a combination we liked and we then decided to actually have the work done. We are looking forward to seeing the final installed product and will write another review when the work is done.
