From the very start of our project the DaBella staff have conducted business professionally. These are trying times as we worry about health and our well-being. We were impressed with Jacob Breaux and Josh Jordan in their ability to adhere to good COVID protocols and at the same time address all of our questions. Product knowledge is extremely important when making decisions about significant changes to your home. Josh and Jacob were extremely well versed and able to provide relevant answers about the product and procedures. There is no hesitation to our recommending DaBella to others.

DaBella's name is on our contract. However, a family of well-meaning Hondurans, only one of which could speak some English, did the work. The roof looked ok, until I started to look closely at the workmanship. Our chimney is damaged, there are places (looking at the roof) in the upstairs you can see daylight, the skylight was poorly installed, twice, there are places where the metal trim on the porch roof is not nailed down (I have pictures, it fell off), the new sheathing should be inspected by DaBella for missed alignment sections. The salesman called us to say he had **gotten used* new facia, included, it was not. Calls to DaBella have been largely ignored.

It was a great experience starting with Chandlers presentation which he did an awesome job. Dabella should be very proud of him and how well he represents their company. He showed us the samples of materials Dabella uses on their roofs and how they stand by their work and the quality of their roofs that basically will last you a lifetime! Glad we chose Dabella.
