It has been a pleasure working with Michael over the past few months. I particularly appreciated his ability to translate our thoughts and sketches into working plans. These documents kept the core of our intent but were influenced by an expertise which maximizes the house usability and livability. Michael listen to our needs, but never let us settle for a less than optimal solution - he found a way to make things work. I found Mike Grasso to be outstanding. He came out for a free consult to verify what our needs were. So very happy he did, he was very honest and truthful as to our situation. Confirmed what we already suspected and respect his honesty. As he did not sell us something we did not need. Very refreshing to have such honesty. Not to mention he handled my husband and my concerns with care. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
