David and Richie at DnR are top notch. Very easy to work with, punctual, friendly, and they do quality work. I liked how flexible they were are how willing they always were to solve whatever surprise problems popped up. They bailed me out a few times and went above and beyond. I knew the plan for the day, and for the week, and was always presented with options, often outside-the-box options, which we often went with. They are fair and very transparent with their pricing and I thought I got good value for my money. Basement remodels can be pricey but they came in lower than anyone else, tried to keep things reasonable if things changed, and did not sneak in extra work or hidden charges. I was walked through the cost impacts of any changes and in the end had a detailed invoice with receipts. I plan to use them for future projects and would recommend they highly.

Dave and Richie did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel. We had a major plumbing issue which resulted in our bathroom flooding, causing significant damage to both the bathroom and the basement ceiling below. We couldnâ t be more thrilled with the remodeling work done by Dave and Richie. While the finished product looks incredible, weâ re even more impressed with how friendly, responsive, helpful, and professional Dave and Richie were throughout the process. We cannot recommend them any more highly and if there was the option to do so, we would have given them 6 stars. We will almost assuredly be using them for other home improvement projects in the future.
