They were very professional, took care of helping me get the home energy audit and the rebates for attic and wall insulation. Also improved attic ventilation installing soffit vents and baffles. We got three estimates and they were a very good price, but the service is what sold us.

Changed price from agreed contract and never finished the work

Response from Company:

The correct price was discussed at the estimate visit to the house. Our office manager who writes the quotes moved back to Maine to deal with a death in the family. We discussed this with the customer and the receptionist trying to help left a number off by mistake. He did not want to go through with the work. The spray foam was cancelled, and the cellulose portion was done to the spec of the job. We are always sorry when things don't work, but were unable take the loss of her error. The correct price was discussed at the initial visit.

Dan and Adam were wonderful to work with. They were both very patient and flexible as the project needed to be delayed due to other circumstances I didnt plan for. I would hire and recommend them again for any of the services they offer.
