I had the best experience with Erik today. This was his 1st time spraying for .mosquitos etc. at our home. He was very pleasant and did a great job. We have cats outdoors and he was very attentive to the areas that I needed him to not spray on Would like him to come back for last spraying as he is now aware of where he can and can't spray around our cats. Thank you Erik!!😊😊

Erik Saunders was out today applying pest control (mosquito, crawling insect prevention). Erik really did a great job, covering all the areas of my yard and home. I have a few areas that are sensitive to pesticides and Erik made certain to keep the product clear to prevent contamination. I really appreciate his professionalism. J.B.

I have been with this company for years. I had told them not schedule me on a Tuesday because my Lawn mower guy comes on Tuesday. They scheduled me on a Tuesday and I contacted them to remind them of this. The rescheduled me for a Tuesday again. I contacted them again and since then they have not scheduled me, emailed me, or call me. Is this good customer service? I think it is terrible. I would give it a 0 if I could.

Last fall I was told my lawn would probably need grub treatment in the spring. Yesterday Jeff came out to inspect the lawn and, much to my relief, left my statement with notes saying I did not need grub treatment, saving me some money. Thank you for being honest and thorough👍🏻

The employee of Custom Lawn care, Joseph just did a terrific job in applying the mosquito, flea and tick spray around my house both front and back. I wasn't home but could see everything going on with my ring cameras. He was very diligent and took personal interest in making sure he did a very good job. You could tell he cares about his job and the customers getting a professional treatment. This was my first time using custom Lawn Care - mosquito, flea and tick spray. I appreciated the great job he did, which will help protect my little dogs who love running around in the yard as well as laying in the grass while enjoying the sun. Thank you, Joseph I appreciate your service and detail you do to make my little one's safe! I look forward to seeing you again!
