I was very pleased with their work. They went overboard to make sure the product was great and the installation was clean and perfect. They cleaned up all trash. I had two windows that were very high up and they worked magic to get shutters on those windows when other companies would not have. Their thoughtfulness and concern for me and my happiness was matched by no other. I actually had them do all my windows after seeing how great their work was. I recommend them to everyone.

Custom Creations was very easy to work with. Came on recommendations from our realtor, measured, ordered, and installed without hassle. Our plantation shutters were worth the wait. We got the 4” hidden rod split ones and they really allow us to enjoy the view or have privacy as we desire.

Kati did an awesome job coming out and measuring for my shutters. She helped me make the decision on which size and how I wanted them to open. So professional! Brandon came out to install . First he called to assure of his arrival. He was very personable. Did a great job installing all the shutters. Install time was surprisingly faster than I thought. Cleaned up everything afterward. Can’t say enough about Brandon and Kati.
