We did a total renovation to our newly purchased home on Cape Cod including removing walls for open concept; new flooring throughout; all ceiling and walls painted; total kitchen demo and replacement; new insulation in house and garage; Sheetrock and paint garage walls; dry lock and paint basement walls and floors; installation of crown molding on first floor and chair rail in dining room. It was a very big project and Jeff and his crew worked with us to finish it all in 31/2 months. We hit a few bumps along the way as is expected in any renovation of an older home, but everything got resolved and we are extremely happy to be in our beautiful home with my long awaited "dream kitchen"

I didn’t know what I was going to do! My Mom’s home in Yarmouth Port needed work. I live 2 ½ hours away from my Mom. I couldn’t be there to check on the work and I had concerns about the price. Trim was rotting, the framing in the Sunroom was disintegrating, and the 30 year old Sunroom Sliders were compromised. Then I found Jeff Baroni and Custom Crafted Homes ([email protected]). He was so professional, it was obvious, he was an expert and he was so kind to my Mom who has dementia. The work we wanted done proved to be more expense than we thought. Jeff worked with us to bring that price down and went out of his way to respect Mom’s budget. Mom is thrilled with the work (and so am I!). Everything detail was finished beautifully. The workspace was spotless. She reported that the “guys working out there were gentlemen. They talked about the Red Sox game the night before. No fowl talk while they worked.” The work that Custom Crafted Homes has done for Mom is completed, is top notch and clean. The Sunroom sparkled and looked better than I could have imagined. Jeff, Paula, and the crew are professional, friendly and competent. We are having more work done by Custom Crafted Homes on Mom’s house. Jeff has been willing to work piece by piece with us. Jeff and his team did a complete condominium renovation for me on Cape Cod. Jeff was very responsive when I needed him and his team received rave reviews from my fellow-owners for their friendliness and consideration while on-site. The ace came out better than I could have imagined thanks to Jeff and his team's attention to detail. He continues to be responsive for small "punch-list items" even now that work is completed. I will use CCH again in the future for similar projects.

As a carpenter, and remodeler myself for many years, I am particular about quality and professionalism. CCH provided me with both and I knew they were the right company when I said, in my head, "I couldn't have done a better job myself!" Knowing the business well, it was hard to be a 'client' for the first time. Jeff and Chris put me at ease and delivered on all the promises made. They even went above and beyond and cleared a mountain of old cardboard out of my garage without even being asked, once they knew I wanted it gone.
