Just wanted to share how impressed I was with Crystal's Touch! The difference after they cleaned was noticeable right away. Everything was neat, spotless, and felt so much more comfortable. They were on time, easy to communicate with, and clearly take pride in their work. It's not easy finding a cleaning service you can trust, but Crystal's Touch definitely exceeded my expectations. I originally hired this company for new window screens. This was done fine. However, I hired them to do additional work to fix up the front of my house (porch, etc.). We had a contract, discussed the work, etc. Things went poorly quite fast. The workers they brought did a sloppy job which required me to keep pointing out issues and ask for things to be done properly. This constant assessment of poor work and requesting things be done correctly went on for months. On several occasions it was just laziness/carelessness (including covering a gas vent with concrete until I pointed it out), on others it was using the wrong materials. The worst part was that they used indoor slate for outdoor purposes. This was quickly turned brown and made it worse than the stone it replaced. They told me they can't afford to fix it unless I pay more, which has been the message every time I ask for something to be fixed. There is an excuse for everything and then blaming the customer. Not resolved.

Almeda, was wonderful. He repaired my window screen and also put in my patio screen door. He was very professional and I will contact him for more jobs.

Responded right away. Set appt time. Was punctual. Very professional. Covered shoes to come in house. Replaced screens in driveway. Everything done quickly and well.
