The outside gutter and roof were leaking, and water was pouring through the ceiling in the back hallway at 6am. Crudellos sent Alex out, who quickly noted the problem, the exact make and color of the needed shingles, provided a thorough reasonable estimate, and sent workers over at 4pm to shovel the snow and ice off the roof. The main crew came in at 9am the next morning, and by noon, it was fixed, as if nothing ever happened. Now I have peace of mind, no matter what the weather forecast may be.

I hired three roofers from Angie's List and chose him because he had the lowest quote and offered me a $300 discount. It's been several days, and he hasn't shown up, and now the roof is leaking because of the rain. When he finally came, I didn't let him do the work because he asked for almost $9,000, which is ten times higher than the original quote, so I did not hire him. He severely damaged the roof during his inspection, which caused significantly more rain to leak into the house. This happened before the other roofer came. I've already spent a lot of money fixing the resulting damage inside my house, including replacing the carpet and ceiling, and getting mold treatments. I strongly do not recommend this roofer.

Inaccurate and appalling review from a very hard and rude customer, should hear what the tenants say because they were the ones dealing with the leaks , not the homeowner , the amount of damage and even insects when we opened around the area clearly meant it was not a ?small hole? which we were told over the phone, we gave a cheap price without ever being at the house and stated to this customer it might not be a solution. He kicked us off his roof threatening to call cops, we do have videos.
