Price is slightly higher than expected and what I have heard from others.

It was a pleasant surprise to come home and see the lawn mowed, I wish there was more top be done with out increase in money, I understand this is business and they need/want to make money. I guess this is why people do it themselves lol. Over all I was pleased with the work.

I highly recommend hiring Phil. His responsiveness to my phone calls and emails were exceptional. And he was great about getting to my yard in the midst of his busy season.

Phil is a God-send! He communicates well, makes sure he knows what needs to be done, does the job as promised - on time - completely - as promised - and, oh yeah, he doesn't want to be paid until the job is done to YOUR satisfaction!!!!! After 3 1/2 months of aggravation with 5 other contractors, I'm kicking myself that I did not check out Service Magic first. I'll NEVER make that mistake again!! FYI - Phil did such a fine job, I've hired him to mow my lawn and do my seasonal yard work as well. He's very nice and easy to talk to.
