The owner, Bob Terrell, was very good to work with. Their customer service is great, keeping up advised of scheduling, etc. Kristy and James did a wonderful job on the installation of wood flooring in our master bedroom. As well as being fastidious, they were prompt and very conscientious of working in an occupied home, with pets. Highly recommend them

This company did an excellent job installing porcelain tile on our screened porch. They helped us select the tile and pattern, and completed the project in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Our neighbors who saw the porch were also very impressed. When we discovered that the screen door did not quite close correctly, they responded promptly and fixed the problem. Because of the quality of their work and their professionalism, we would not hesitate to recommend them for any flooring project.

Wanting to rip up our beige carpet and install black/gray vinyl flooring in the great room and gray/white vinyl in the adjoining kitchen area, we discovered there weren't many dark colors that didn't include shades of brown, something we didn't want. However, Rick came with the perfect samples and it took less than five minutes to decide on the colors. The estimate was a few hundred higher than another, but as I said, he had the exact colors and even with a lot of work to do, he had us scheduled within 3 weeks, not a 2-3 month lag we got from other places. This company probably has a lot of crews, but if you can, get Christie and James to do the work for you. With the furniture moved for them, is was under 2.5 hrs for everything in the great room to be ripped up and hauled outside, all the supplies placed in my garage, and the new floor was ready to go down. About a third of the great room was done on day one, but this area had the most angles and cuts to deal with. This room was finished on day two. The kitchen took all of day three, but there were four appliances to move and work around, two pantry-size closets, and a washer/dryer alcove to do. There might have been 12 pieces or so that did not need some kind of cut made on them. Christie is a whiz with a caulking gun and cutting miter angles in the quarter-round trim (with a hand cutter). The kitchen floor was installed over tile so she had to adjust for a slight height difference between the two areas. She and James worked well together, each knowing what the other was doing and what they needed to do to keep the job moving. No wasted time or movements. Great work, they cleaned up after themselves and even brought our dog some treats. I told Rick that if i do the bedroom floors as well, I would hire them, as long as I could get Christie and James to do the work.

We found the availability of a variety of products to be extensive, with prices and customer service that were excellent. Rick was timely in the measurements & estimates & follow up. Christie and James did our installation - very professional, efficient, cleaned up any messes made and friendly. They were also conscientious about closing the doors to be sure dog did not get out. Would highly recommend the company and these installers!

This company is a DREAM COME TRUE! It was a pleasure to work with Rich and Bob when it came to picking out the materials for a back splash and porcelain Carolina room flooring. However, the installers Christy and James were PHENOMENAL! CHRISTY, works harder than any person who has ever worked for me. Her work is IMPECABLE! i WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY ON ANY GIVEN DAY! Christie and James did our install. They arrived as scheduled explained the installation process thoroughly . They were very pleasant to work with and did a great job.

Bob was a great help in selecting our new floor. Also, Cristie and James did the install and their attention to detail was top-notch.
