We are extremely pleased by the professional construction work that Jim Mangino of American Builders and Constructors, LLC has made to our house. He has performed some impressive work to our old house in some difficult remodeling situations. He was willing to communicate with us in a helpful, professional manner, he cares about superior and excellent craftsmanship, and the finished result shows it. His work was completed to our satisfaction, and he was concerned about satisfying our remodeling objectives. Jim is a skillful carpenter who is reliable and competent. His handy work and offered suggestions were necessary by accommodating us so that the construction work is finished as requested. We highly recommend Jim for various indoor and outdoor construction and repairs. We look forward to continuing his assistance for additional remodeling projects.

Jim Mangino is a a skilled craftsman with a trouble shooting intellect and an eye for detail. He correctly assessed and then addressed our kitchen floor problems from an old leak under our sink. The new floor is beautiful and I'm asking him for bids on a couple of other projects in our aging house. You can trust American Builders and Contractors to get the job done right!

Friendly, efficient service is always a huge motivator for me to return to a business. American Builders and Contractors were not only this, but they made it very clear that communication is a big part of their work ethic also, which was another box ticked in my book.
