The quality of the products are #1 on the market. Jason the installation pro was excellent. Jason went over everything before he started. The project was installed within 2 days. Absolutely get an estimate from the company!! And when I compared them with the quality to the other 2 estimates... Creative bath System was superior.

work was done in a in a matter of 4 weeks from the time I meet with the salesman until job was finished installer was very professional totally changed the look of my old outdated bathroom only took 4 day to do the job they had to replace dry walls and all down to the stud so I feel it was done very fast with all the work involved would use them again thank you Creative Bath Systems

Our sales person, Chuck was great. He worked with us so that we could purchase some of our own materials and they'd install them. He was always available to answer our questions; even weekends. Scheduling our job could have been a little better. Apparently the panels they ordered came in wrong causing a week delay. I can't speak more highly about our installer, Jason. He asked us questions as to some of our preferences before starting. He was on time each day, maybe took a 15-20 minute break, and worked all day long .His knowledge of the installation process was unbelievable; no need for anyone else to come do anything. He did it all. His attention to details was great and his attention to cleanliness was also great. I was extremely happy with the entire process and will use them again. I would also recommend them to anyone.
