Cousins Concrete

Very happy with the work and would definitely have them do more concrete work for me.

An error was made in the coloring on the last concrete poured. This patio was also stamped w/design. It was obvious color was different. Jed told me sun would fade it out. He also told me the man at the concrete company said and this type does not need to be sealed. This summer I contacted Jed to tell him concrete had not faded. He informed me he contacted Casey at the Kansas City company and nothing could be done because it had not been sealed. Something is wrong with this story, Jed can not keep his stories straight. My $10,000 patio looks like a $500 job. I would not recommend him or his company. The guy is not honest.

Cousins concrete did a great job tearing out the old concrete stairs and then reforming the new stairs. They also widened my driveway which turned out fantastic!

Rain rain go away! It delayed our project, but once they got started, we were happy. Poured new patio, added a sidewalk and repaired the end of our driveway. Judd was fun to work with and his employees knew what they were doing. I would hire them again.

Good communication. Good prices. Knowledgeable about his craft. I'm very happy with the outcome. If I ever need concrete work again, I would hire Judd again.

This company works hard to satisfy the customer.

I had rated their work earlier but now somehow it's missing from this site. What happened to my rating from before. I gave them an average of 3 stars because their price had changed and became more money, some of which I had agreed to. I explained in my last rating that I experienced poor customer service. Judd contatcted me after I rated them and said he would have the dried up concrete removed from my siding. I told him that I would change my rating after they cleaned the concrete from my siding. I am doing that right now. However I would like to know what happened to my precious rating. Are there other ratings of Cousins that have been removed erroneously? I will not give them 5 stars. Even though I knew there would be some damage to my yard with the equipment they used, my yard is a disaster. They did not even attempt to replace or do a small bit of repair work to my yard. Fixing the damage cost me almost 700.00 dollars. Several neighbors told me that the contractors they used minimized the damage and even repaired the yard by placing more dirt, grass seed and straw down where their equipment was used. All this repair work costs me over 5000.00. The original estimate was 3400.00 dollars. Wish I would have known this ahead of time so I could have planned more. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service, my patio looks great. Would highly recommend to others.
