Sham redid the kitchen but also sheetrock, flooring, and trim in upstairs sleeping loft, plus removing old linoleum and refinishing original wood floors in living room downstairs, redoing stairway and handrail. He transformed our small knotty pine cabin. Was really sensitive about the look and quality of materials, gave us great advice, was a perfectionist on the kitchen tile and trim. Well informed, on budget/on time, brought in other experts to do little details. We couldn't be happier.

The project consisted of: a complete renovation of kitchen, tile floors throughout 90% of the home, interior painting of 90% of home,and new kitchen window and more. Sham and Mike came up with a great new design for the kitchen cabinets and window. The whole project turned out perfect. My home had nice views before, but now you walk in and there is definitely a "wow" factor. If you contact him, ask him to show you photos of it. I am definitely satisfied..
