Never came back to finish the job. Told me I was too far away from his location. I want my money back. Not recommended.

Response from Company:

The customer paid us for the amount of debris we removed from his home. The customer asked us to come back for more. A day or two before this scheduled pick up, we received a text from this customer stating he did not have the money. Once I informed the customer, due to his distance, we couldn't just do the rest for free. We even offered to help him, the next time we were in the area to save some money. As you see above, the customer did not like this. He wanted his money back from the original trip. We offered to return the money and bring back the debris. He then stated to keep it.

Hired to remove a large old furnace and oil tank from basement. Very friendly, prompt and professional service. Quick to provide estimate and had a very reasonable price for the strenuous removal. Would highly recommend them.

Was more than happy with Coopers Removal Services. I hired them for an early spring removal and was more than pleased with the outcome. They were cheaper than my last year's hire and seemed to be family family-owned business which is nice. I recommend getting a quote from them before looking else where. Thank you guys.

I had 4 floors of household junk to get rid of, including an outdoor shed with contents. Wayne gave me a good estimate, he and his crew had it completed in 3 days. He worked with me regarding scheduling and moving a car for the container staging. He was very professional and nice throughout the stressful process; I highly recommend him and would use them again.
